Using high intensity interval training (HIIT) Boxing will burn more calories during and after a workout than continuous aerobic training. 24 rounds of 45 sec intervals with 30 seconds rest including Pads, shuttle sprints, bag work mixed with fast paced exercises.
This workout is more efficient and will achieve the same if not greater results in half the time of low intensity longer duration workout sessions.
