    Meet Ryan, a dedicated coach who specialises in training professional and up-and-coming fighters, as well as developing our next generation of young students. With a sharp eye for technique and long-term athlete development, Ryan focuses on building strong foundations, discipline, and competitive mindset helping each athlete reach their full potential, whether they’re stepping into competition or just starting their journey.

    Niamh is our new trainer at Bells, specialising in no-nonsense, army style training. A former British Army Physical Training Instructor, She brings elite-level discipline, motivation, and proven methods to help clients build strength, resilience, and confidence.
